Learning Objectives:
- Identify red flags for potential program integrity risks in telehealth programs
- Understand privacy and security risks with telehealth and how to mitigate these risks
- Learn what limitations must be placed on prescribing of controlled substances via telehealth after 12/31/24 and when an in-person patient visit will be required
- Understand the need to restrict provision of telehealth services to residents of states where the provider is not licensed.
